Executive Chef/Owner, Ben Tench brings his years of experience as a celebrated chef with The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company to Vero Beach. After completing his education at the Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute, Chef Tench worked with the Ritz Carlton properties in Atlanta, Palm Beach and Palm Springs, California.
